We operate a no refunds policy

Any classes missed are non refundable although an add on class will be considered under exceptional circumstances.

You are responsible for your own practice, if something doesn't feel right don't do it. Identify the difference between pain and stretch.

A 24 hour notice cancellation policy is acceptable.

Please let me know of any health conditions in your first session.

My sessions are completely confidential and provide a safe container in which to dig deep.

I operate my classes from my home and have 2 cats so any pet allergies need to be made aware of.

Mobile phones need to be switched off during sessions.
