These unique, tailored 1:1 lessons are specifically designed with more focus and depth, your interests, your needs and your goals.

Private yoga lessons are by far my favourite way to share the benefits of a yoga/meditation practice, and are a very different experience to any group lessons.
​
Sessions are traditionally 75 minutes long and can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly, monthly or on an individual basis
