These unique, tailored 1:1 lessons are specifically designed with more focus and depth, your interests, your needs and your goals.

Private yoga lessons are by far my favourite way to share the benefits of a yoga/meditation practice, and are a very different experience to any group lessons.

Sessions are traditionally 75 minutes long and can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly, monthly or on an individual basis

Why private yoga?

  • Perhaps you're interested in the benefits of yoga but feel uncomfortable about joining a group class?

  • Perhaps you already have an established yoga or meditation practice yet crave accountability and extra guidance?

  • Or maybe you are looking for a routine to compliment your existing sport or training?

  • Or perhaps you;re looking for help to manage stress, anxiety or mental health issues?

  • It's been suggested that meditation may be of benefit but you have no idea where to start?

As your private yoga teacher I'll meet you where your'e at and help you figure out exactly what you need.

You'll leave every session feeling supported, grounded, more focused and energised with a sense of ease and joy - whether the session was restful or challenging (you get to choose)
